ANTHONY MORGAN’S INSPIRATIONAL CHOIR OF HARLEM (AMICOH) Under the direction of Anthony Morgan, a multi-talented artist in his own right, AMICOH is a group with a versatile sound who ministers through the gift of song. Ranging from Gospel, to Jazz, to Pop, to R&B these carefully handpicked unique voices bring their love of God and love of music to the stage. This group of highly sought after powerhouses each comes with impressive credits to their names. These singers have circled the globe to such diverse places sharing the gifts God has given to them. Collectively the members of AMICOH have been to Australia, Austria, Canada, Cuba, Czech Republic, England, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, New Zealand, Paris, Poland, Russia, Santo Domingo, Scotland, South America, Sweden, Switzerland, and West Africa just to name a few. AMICOH members have recorded and toured with numerous prominent gospel and secular artists such as, Walter Hawkins & Edwin Hawkins, RuPaul-Supermodel, Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross, Fantasia, Aretha Franklin, Yolanda Adams, Tony Award Winner Lillias White, James Hall & Worship Praise, Levon Helm, Garth Hudson, Bernie Worrell, Bernard Purdie, Kevin Hearn, Matt Angus, Dickey Betts, Kathy Phillips, John Ginty, Christina Aguilera, Gladys Knight, Vicki Winans, Donnie McClurkin, Ella Mitchell (Big Momma from Big Momma's House), Shirley Caesar, and Legendary Pioneer of Vintage Gospel Music Rev. Lady Esther Ford of the World Famous Clara Ward Singers of Philadelphia. AMICOH artists have been featured in various productions and venues such as “Mama I Want to Sing", McDonald's Gospel Fest, "The Christmas Tree Lighting" at Rockefeller Center, The Women's Forum with Barbara Walters, Gospel Brunch at The Stanhope House in Stanhope, NJ, Black Potatoe Independent Music Festival – Clinton, NJ, Mercury Lounge - NYC, Madison Square Garden - NYC, Glen Island Harbor Club in New Rochelle, Charity Concert (Hunterdon County Woman’s Crisis Center) in Trenton New Jersey, The Easton State Theater – Easton, PA, NJPAC – Newark, NJ, House of Blues – Cambridge, MA, The Wetlands - NYC, YMCA CD project, background vocals on "Miracle" lead singer 14 year old Victoria Hamilton.
